It’s very encouraging to know that Lincoln is always looking out for us, not only pastorally and academically but also financially.
I’ve just finished my second year at Lincoln, studying French and German. I initially applied to Lincoln having heard a lot about its small, close-knit community, and I’ve certainly experienced the welcoming and supportive spirit of the college during my time here. As a student of modern languages, I also love living in a truly global community, meeting and spending time with people from all over the world. I’m currently preparing to begin my year abroad next year, planning to spend my time studying and working in both Germany and France. As this draws closer, it’s a big reassurance to know that the College is able to support language students financially with a generous variety of grants and stipends, in order to support us during this compulsory part of our degree. It’s very encouraging to know that Lincoln is always looking out for us, not only pastorally and academically but also financially, and I’m very grateful that the College is so generously supported by its previous students.
